- Age-appropriate vaccinations & deworming.
- Early socialization with kids, pets, and varied environments.
We strive to ensure your puppy is a perfect fit for your family. However, if plans change, here’s how we can help:
Refund & Return Options
1. 48-Hour Cooling-Off Period
If, within 48 hours of purchase, you decide the puppy isn’t the right fit, you may choose:
- Exchange for another puppy (of equal or lesser value, subject to availability).
- Partial refund (up to 50% of the purchase price, minus a $250 rehoming fee).
Note: Refunds exclude initial deposit (non-refundable) and shipping fees.
2. After 48 Hours
- No cash refunds, but we’ll assist with rehoming the puppy through our network.
- Lifetime support remains available for training/health advice.
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us Immediately
- Email/call within 48 hours of purchase.
- Provide your contract number and reason for return.
- Safe Puppy Return
- We’ll arrange transport (costs may apply).
- Puppy must be returned in good health (vet certificate required).
- Resolution
- Refund processed within 7 business days (if applicable).
- For exchanges, we’ll help you select a new puppy.
Non-Refundable Situations
- Change of mind after 48 hours.
- Puppy’s health issues due to owner neglect (e.g., untreated illnesses, injuries).
- Deposits (hold your puppy but are non-refundable).
Our Priority: Puppy Well-Being
We reserve the right to deny refunds/exchanges if:
- The puppy shows signs of mistreatment.
- Documentation (vet records, contract) isn’t provided.
All returns are evaluated case-by-case to ensure fairness.
