1. Buyer’s Responsibilities
Payment & Fees
✅ Deposit: A non-refundable deposit ($500) is required to reserve a puppy.
✅ Final Payment: Full payment is due 7 days before pickup/shipping.
✅ Accepted Methods: Credit/debit, bank transfer, or other approved payment options listed on our website.
Care & Supervision
🐾 Safe Environment: Puppies must be kept indoors or in a secure, supervised outdoor area.
🐾 Humane Treatment: Buyer agrees to provide:
- High-quality nutrition & clean water.
- Proper shelter (no extreme temperatures).
- Regular veterinary care (vaccinations, check-ups).
⚠️ Liability: Nolan Aussie Puppies is not responsible for injuries, damages, or health issues arising after purchase due to owner negligence.
Compliance & Monitoring
🔍 We may follow up to ensure the puppy’s well-being.
📝 Failure to meet care standards may result in forfeiture of ownership (per contract).
2. Seller’s Guarantees
Health & Documentation
📄 Health Records: Includes vaccination/deworming history, microchip ID, and vet exam records.
📜 Registration: Limited AKC registration (if applicable) provided for eligible puppies.
💉 Genetic Health: Breeding parents screened for common Aussie issues (e.g., hip dysplasia, MDR1).
Temperament
😊 Puppies are socialized with children, pets, and varied environments.
3. Health & Refund Policy
Veterinary Exam Requirement
🩺 Buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed vet within 72 hours of pickup/delivery.
Refund Eligibility
💰 Full Refund: If a vet identifies a life-threatening congenital/hereditary condition within 14 days, buyer may return the puppy for a refund (minus deposit & shipping).
🔄 Replacement Puppy: Option available (subject to availability).
Non-Covered Situations
❌ Illnesses/injuries post-purchase (e.g., parvo, accidents).
❌ Change of mind after 48 hours.
4. Rehoming & Ownership Transfer
First Right of Refusal
🔙 If buyer cannot keep the dog, Nolan Aussie Puppies must be contacted first to reclaim or assist in rehoming.
Prohibited Transfers
🚫 Puppy cannot be sold, surrendered, or given to:
- Pet stores
- Research facilities
- Shelters/rescues
- Any third party without our written approval.
5. General Terms
Contract Enforcement
📜 This agreement is legally binding. Violations may result in legal action.
